This news has fans of the game excited as it could be an indication that the launch date is nearing.
In Animo Stars Arena, players take on the role of a "Pilot" controlling a customizable mech-style device. These devices, which can be outfitted with a variety of weapons and equipment, allow for a diverse range of strategic options in combat.
ANIMO is Launching a World-Class Game
Animo Stars Arena offers players the ability to personalize their mech devices with a variety of items and skins, adding an additional level of customization to the game. In addition, the game will feature regular playable seasons. Animo is also noteworthy for its extensive collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) which are listed on OpenSea and are actively being traded. The trading turnover for the NFTs has reached 2,980 ETH, with some individual Mech NFTs being sold for as much as 0.05 ETH. Furthermore, the game offers a unique blend of NFTs and physical products through its merch shop, where the initial collection of 9,999 Mech units are available for potential buyers to view.
The mechs and "Autonomous Nuggets" featured in Animo Stars Arena are currently only used to access various forms of art. However, the ultimate goal of the Animo project is much larger, and the development team behind the game possesses the skills and expertise to achieve it. Animo is joining the trend of building skill-based battle games, but with its own unique design and mechanics. The game is not tokenized, instead using the Ethereum network for basic NFT ownership.
