Aavegotchi to Kick Off Gotchiverse Farming This Week
Want to earn more Gotchus Alchemica? Farming will be much easier for Aavegotchis when the Gotchiverse Farming launches this week. Read on to find out how!
Soon, Aavegotchis can farm more efficiently in the Gotchiverse
This just in. Aavegotchi is about to release new gameplay called Gotchiverse Farming this week. With that, players can start crafting new Installations in preparation for some new P2E mechanics. Here's the scoop!
To begin with, there are 3 new ERC1155 Installations that players can craft for the upcoming event. The first one is a Haarvester, which helps to extract Alchemica from players' REALM parcels. Though upgrades can increase the harvest rate, each harvester can only harvest one type of Alchemica. For instance, a FUD Haarvester only reaps in FUD Alchemica, a FOMO Haarvester only reaps in FOMO, and so on.
Given that, players can craft another Installation which is the Reservoir to store Alchemica gathered by Haarvester. Similarly, each Reservoir can only hold one type of Achemica. Although upgrades will help expand the storage capacity, players can only empty their Reservoirs once every 8 hours.
Lastly, the third Installation called Maakers is rather optional to craft. According to Aavegotchi, a Maaker will help perform simultaneous upgrades on a REALM parcel. Thus, saving players time and energy to upgrade each building separately. As of writing, each parcel can only equip one Maaker at max.
What are the new play-to-earn mechanics?
When the Gotchiverse Farming goes live, players can enjoy different ways to play and earn with their Aavegotchis.
First off, users can optimize their farming setup. To do that, they will need to survey their parcels prior to crafting any Haarvesters or Reservoirs. Once done, owners can proceed to craft the right type of Installations before placing them on their parcels. After that, all they need to do is to empty their reservoirs every 8 hours to earn those juicy Alchemica.
Apart from that, scholars are in for a treat as well. With the new access rights feature, parcel owners can grant various permissions to scholars borrowing their Aavegotchis. This includes allowing scholars to empty their reservoirs, channel Alchemica from their Aaltars, or even equip Installations on their behalf.
Nonetheless, on July 13th at 10 am EST, the team will first kick off the Gotchiverse Farming on the Mumbai Testnet. After one week, on July 20th at 10 am EST, the gameplay will go live on the Polygon Mainnet.
