Animoca Brands Teams Up with AWS Activate to Boost Web3 Development
Animoca Brands is now an official AWS Activate Provider, providing its portfolio companies the tools and resources they need to build on AWS and thrive in the Web3 ecosystem.

Animoca Brands, a trailblazer in digital property rights for gaming and metaverse, has teamed up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to propel Web3 development.
Animoca is now an official AWS Activate Provider, allowing it to provide its portfolio companies the tools, resources, content, and expert support to build on AWS and propel the development of blockchain-based products and services. Animoca's portfolio companies will also be able to directly apply for up to US$25,000 in AWS Activate credits to support development on AWS.
With a portfolio of over 450 Web3 companies and projects, Animoca is a leading player in the development of decentralized ecosystems, offering users the benefits of true ownership over their virtual assets. The ability to fully own digital property is a pillar of the open metaverse, where participants can become more than just users but also owners and stakeholders.
AWS and Animoca's partnership focuses on nurturing upcoming Web3 firms in Animoca's portfolio by providing technical, networking, fundraising, and marketing support from the AWS Startup team via the AWS Activate program. These include credits, access to solution experts, mentorship, and exclusive content and offers. AWS Activate is a program that has helped hundreds of thousands of early-stage firms in growing their cloud-based businesses. Eligible startups can utilize their credits to access scalable, dependable, and secure AWS Cloud services such as computing, storage, database, analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), and machine learning.
By leveraging AWS Activate, Animoca Brands further connects its portfolio companies with AWS, allowing them to build using world-class infrastructure, develop go-to-market strategies and partnerships across both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems, go global and gain visibility in minutes, and strengthen security and compliance.
