Aphelium Is Launching Season 2 Tournament on November 10th
The Aphelium Season 2 tournament is set to begin on November 10th with a prize pool of $5000 set to be distributed in WAX tokens.
The Aphelium team has announced that they are set to begin the Season 2 tournament of their metaverse WAX-powered Discord game on November 10th.
Season 2 Tournament Details
Everyone will be able to participate in this tournament for free for at earning a share of the $5000 prize pool. In comparison to the first season, this one features an expanded prize pool due to there being a larger community. This provides an opportunity for both experienced and newer players at getting a piece of the pie.
In order to set up an improved experience, the developers are pushing out new updates ahead of the start of the tournament, with the announcement mentioning that there will be new commands for exploring the universe, new skills and mechanics to use to your advantage, as well as new items to uncover. Last month, they introduced Reputation, Friendship, and more in version v0.13.0.
Next to the event, players can also earn by taking part in Discord events, completing Zealy tasks, and more.
Prize Pool
The $5000 prize pool is set to be distributed to the top 30 players and more, with the winner snagging $1000 in WAX tokens. All of the rewards are given out in WAX, as follows:
- 1st: $1,000
- 2nd: $750
- 3rd: $500
- 4th: $300
- 5th: $200
- 6th-10th: $120 each
- 11th-20th: $75 each
- 21st-30th: $50 each
- 40th, 50th…100th: $25 for each tenth position
- 110th-200th: $15 for each tenth position
Next to this, the team is also giving “special recognition” and $30 for players who live up to the following titles: “Hostile Alien Pleaser,” “Alien Pleaser,” Coffee Addict,” “Popular,” or “Trustworthy.”
