Following successful alpha testing, robot auto-combat game Krabots has kicked off into open beta.

The beta started on July 12th and ends on July 20th, featuring a prize pool of up to $1000 USDT and 100 NFT parts. The pool is split across 3 different activities or 3 beta challenges, which are the following: Bug Bounty, Krabots got Memes and Top Leaderboard. Bug Bounty was a part of the alpha version, and is now also available in this beta, the difference being that players can now also earn NFTs as rewards. There is a $500 USDT pool for this challenge, with players who uncover Critical bugs getting rewarded with $50 USDT and 2 NFT parts, $20 and 2 NFT parts for Major bugs, $10 USDT for Minor bugs and $5 USDT for Low bugs.

The second challenge is about creating the best meme for the game, with the top 20 memes all getting rewarded with 1 NFT part.

Last but not least, the third challenge, Top Leaderboard, features 3 different leaderboards to rank in for rewards: first-day leaderboard, daily growth leaderboard and final leaderboard. The first-day one has already passed, rewarding the top 10 players with $5 USDT and the top 5 with an NFT part. In the daily growth leaderboard, which lasts all the way till the end of the beta, is about being in “the top 10 with highest trophies won in comparison to the previous day’s number,” with the top 10 and top 5 rewards being the same as the ones for the first-day leaderboard. The final leaderboard awards the top 20 players who have the most amount of trophies with an NFT part and the top 10 with varying amounts of USDT: $20 USDT for the winner, $10 USDT for top 2-5, and $8 USDT for top 6-10.

In this open beta players can also try out some new features: customize, fuse and GameTV. The customize feature allows players to position their parts differently within a certain range while fusing allows you to “use KraCoin($KRAC) and the same part to unlock the level cap for all your bots.” GameTV allows players to watch various intense matches.

Krabots open beta runs on BSC Testnet and is available on Android (on the Google Play Store but also as a downloadable APK file) and iOS devices via TestFlight.
