Big Time x The Inner Core Guild Announce $10k Time Attack Tournament
Open to all guilds worldwide, the Time Attack Tournament will see 32 teams of Big Time players competing for a share of the $10,000 prize pool.

The Inner Core Guild will host an exciting Big Time guild competition dubbed Time Attack Tournament from August 26th to August 28th. Initially open for 16 teams, the tourney is now open to 32 teams to duke it out in different game modes for a share of the $10,000 prize pool.
To start off, Big Time is one of the highly-anticipated multiplayer blockchain ARPGs on Ethereum. Created by a team led by Decentraland's co-founder, the AAA title allows players to team up for battles across space and time.
To join the Time Attack Tournament, players need to form a team of 6, with one of them streaming the match on Twitch or Youtube. They must also ensure their characters fall between levels 15 and 25 at the start of the event. According to the rules, each Big Time character class can only appear twice in a single run. For instance, 2 Chronomancers, 2 Quantum Fixers, 1 Shadow Blade, and 1 Time Warrior per run.
Given that, it is crucial to come up with different Big Time line-ups to tackle the four game modes: Speedrun, Time Warrior, Quantum Fixer, and Hide & Seek, during the event. Speedrun is quite self-explanatory, as the fastest team that completes the run wins. Upon reaching the quarterfinals, players will come across Hide & Seek, where they must solve the Chronomancer riddles as fast as they can.
After that, there will be a Quantum Fixer mode in the semi-finals with level 35+ dungeons. Players must keep their teammates from getting knocked out in this game. During the final, two members of each group need to play a character at level 0 or level 1 using the pocket watch in the Time Warrior mode.
Nonetheless, the best teams that made it Big Time (pun intended) will receive a share of the $10,000 prize pool as below:
- 1st place - $4,800
- 2nd place - $2,400
- 3rd and 4th place - $1,200 each
- Fastest run of the tournament - $400
According to The Inner Core Guild, the registration closes on August 21st at 11:59 PM (ET). So those who are interested still can sign up for the Big Time tournament today.
