Binance Launches Bixel, an AI NFT Generator
Bixel is an AI NFT generator that allows Binance users to create unique artwork and mint them into NFTs on the BNB Smart Chain by having a verified KYC’d account and enough BNB for the minting fee.

Binance has officially announced the launch of Bixel, an AI NFT generator that allows users to custom images to mint as non-fungible tokens on the BNB Smart Chain.
The tool was released on July 26, but this isn’t the first time ever that it’s available for use – Binance has previously tested the service out on two occasions for certain limited time periods with limited usage.
This time around, it’s officially live under the new name, and requires Binance users to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identification process in order to be able to mint NFTs with it. By completing this process with your account, you’ll be able to turn the unique artwork generated by AI into NFTs.
In order to mint these images as NFTs, aside from being KYC’d, you also need to pay a minting fee, which is set to 0.008 BNB at the time of writing, currently valued at around $2.
As for generating an image itself, you have 10 generation chances per day that you can use up for free, with the chances refreshing every day at 00:00 UTC.
Next to inputting a prompt of your choice, Bixel comes with a “Variation” feature that lets you find different versions of the generated image in order to potentially create a better one. Using this feature also uses up your daily generation chances, while the “Upscale” feature does not, letting you adjust the resolution of your image from 512x512 to 1024x1024.
In celebration of the launch, Binance has launched the Bixel Challenge, a competition where users are encouraged to create the best Bixel NFT, with the top 10 creators who have the highest number of votes set to win 1 BNB each. The event started on July 26 and will end on August 10.
