Boss Fighters Is Getting New Skins with Upcoming Alpha Collection
Boss Fighters will be getting new exclusive skins through the upcoming Alpha Collection that will contain a variety of limited cosmetics for weapons, Fighters and Bosses.
The developers of asymmetrical VR/PC blockchain title Boss Fighters have announced that new skins are coming their way with the upcoming Alpha Collection.
This collection will contain exclusive cosmetic skins for weapons, Fighters and Bosses.
A total of 12 unique weapon skins are set to make their way for players to use on the Striker, Slime Lobber, and Railgun. These skins will be available across 4 different rarities: Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.
The Alpha Fighter skins will too come in the same rarities, though the quantity of cosmetics does not seem to have been mentioned in the official announcement. Having a rarer skin means having rarer traits, and according to the team’s post, every Fighter skin will come with a “completely unique set of traits,” thus meaning that these skins will have “an unprecedented level of exclusivity, as similar skins will never be released again.”
The same rarities apply for Boss skins, for which the quantity does not seem to be mentioned, with the official article encouraging players to keep up to date with the game’s social media profiles for details on how to “secure your coveted Boss skin.”
More details on this upcoming new collection of limited cosmetics will be available at some point in the future.
Back in April this year, Boss Fighters teamed up with Open Loot, a Web3 platform by the team behind Big Time, in order to provide a more seamless gameplay experience.
