BYTE CITY Brings Bruce Lee to the Metaverse with 50th Tribute NFT Collection
The Bruce Lee Family Company has teamed up with BYTE CITY and Samsung to launch a 50th Tribute NFT Collection, consisting of unique playable 3D avatars paying homage to the legendary martial artist.
The Bruce Lee Family Company has partnered with BYTE CITY and Samsung to bring the legend himself to the metaverse in the form of the Bruce Lee 50th Tribute NFT collection.
The collection has launched on various different networks as a free mint, including Solana, Sui Network, the BNB Chain, and Polygon. It will also launch on Ethereum through the Magic Eden marketplace today, July 28, at 4 PM UTC for whitelisted users, followed by a public release an hour later. Mint partners who have so far made these launches possible include Hyperspace, Element Marketplace, and Magic Eden.
The Bruce Lee 50th Tribute NFT collection consists of 10,000 unique Bruce Lee Avatars made to pay homage for the legendary martial artist who passed away 50 years ago on July 20. This marks his first appearance in the metaverse, with the NFTs representing 3D animated characters sporting a cartoonish style. They come in 5 different rarities and differ in various attributes, such as arms, arm tattoo, legs, headband, and more.
