Latest features include Weapon Sacrifice, Weapon balances, Talent Reset, and Inbox Features.
Cantina Royale has announced a set of updates as part of the latest changes to the game. The updates span from Weapon Sacrifice to Monthly Tournaments.
Weapon Sacrifice and Weapon Balancing
The Weapon Sacrifice is a feature that allows leveling up smoother and faster for players instead of them making a longer grind, which will eventually max out a weapon.
To use the feature, players can select the weapon they want to melt from the collection and transfer its XP to the weapon of choice. The cost in Shards is according to the XP transferred, and once a weapon has been melted, it can no longer be recovered.
Balancing has been done to weapons. For Broomstick, the Damage dealt has been reduced, the Damage Multiplier has been decreased, and the projectile Range has also been reduced. The Broomstick is now enhanced for close-range firing, making it comfortable for long-range combat. For SMG, the Damage has, however, been increased; the Reload Time has been increased, while the Projectile per shot, Spread, and Speed have all been tuned down.
For Mortar Gun, the Damage and Reload Time have been increased while the AOE Radius has been expanded. The Tesla Gun has had its Damage and Ammo increased. The Projectile Speed boosted while the AOE Radius has been expanded. The Railgun also had its Damage and Projectile Speed reduced. The changes are to make sure it doesn't override other long-range options.
Talent Reset And Inbox Features
There is a new Talent Reset feature for better gameplay flexibility. When players go online, they will find an Unlearn button in the Talent Tree of each character. Resetting talents will take the talent points to the pool. There is now a Shard fee and a cooldown period for repeated use. The Reset Feature gives more room for experimentation and promises a better learning curve for newcomers.
There will be a monthly tournament where players will enjoy fabulous prizes with immersive gameplay. The NFT ladder will be corrected to ensure players have a better play-reward balance. The Inbox Feature is another major update to the gameplay. Players will get notifications, announcements, rewards, as well as secret codes.
