Champions Ascension Releases Pre-Alpha Patch Notes
The Pre-Alpha update details the new combat features and open-world experiences to provide exciting gameplay.

Combat Functionality Update
Champions Ascension, an immersive multi-platform game featuring high-stakes combat, has just revealed its latest Pre-Alpha phase update. This focuses on the significant enhancements in Combat functionalities. Player Bounties have been introduced in the combat zone, adding a thrilling element to the game.
Players can now be tagged as bounties, rewarding those who defeat the tagged players in 1v1 and 3v3 matches with bonus tickets. This new feature was drawn from an extension of functionality developed for the YGG invasion event. With the bountied players’ names appearing in red, the team aims to use this new tool to create interesting community dynamics.
Furthermore, several issues on the gameplay were fixed to ensure a seamless user experience. The issue with Darulk’s FoT due to a mismatch between the VFX and the actual damage area has been resolved. In like manner, issues regarding the poor connectivity of the Fenrir’s H combo on II’gra have also been resolved. The team also confirmed that Aos projectile would no longer be affected by tickets.
Additionally, the team resolved the issue that prevented the Combo Breaker from working when an enemy is hit while in mid-dodge. Other problems with the Darulk tentacle pull, including multiple hits against each other and unsuccessful pulls, have been fixed.
Open World enhancements
In a bid to make significant improvements to the open-world experience, the development team introduced a new command. This command helps to hide the User Interface(UI) for better gameplay visuals and screenshots. The current command, CTRL + F3, would, however, be changed in the upcoming days to something more accessible such as the ñ key. In addition, a bug that made the initial camera go through walls was also fixed, giving a more polished login experience.
