What Champions Ascension have in store for Elemental NFT holders
Champions: Ascension, a play-to-earn metaverse by Plai Labs (formerly Jam City), has dropped new in-game footage showing a quick glimpse at the fantasy world of Massina.
Through a 1-minute and 19 seconds video below, the team showcases the potential of The Sleeping Karkadon and Colosseum Eternal, where players can socialize, own, train, and equip NFT characters to fight for glory. Both locations are accessible via the pre-alpha version of Champions Ascension, which is free to play on Windows PC.
For those who may not know, Champions Ascension is the first blockchain title made by Jam City, a popular mobile game studio. The world of Massina revolves around NFT champions, which are playable characters with their own attributes.
In this game, the Prime Eternal is the highest tier of champions, a collection of 7,622 NFTs launched in Feb'22. After several playtests, the team is ready to drop Elemental Eternal - a collection of 10,000 NFTs - from January 25th to 26th. Each of these powerful gladiators will bring multiple perks, such as boosted farming & mining returns, more Essence earnings in battles, the ability to breed and equip armor & weapons, and immortality. According to Plai Labs, it is the only tier that can possess legendary Sublime parts.
If you're a Prime NFT holder, you can claim 1x free Elemental avatar on January 25th. Those who made it to the Allowlist will also have a chance to mint one Elemental for free on January 26th, 9 AM (PST). After that, this window will be closed to launch the Public Sale at 10 AM (PST).
