Cometh Releases Summer Updates to Its Community Members
The NFT yield-generating blockchain game has released fresh updates to community members guiding them on the newly added in-game features.
Cometh has undergone a few changes in the past few months, and it has released a comprehensive report to inform members of its community of these changes. The team is delighted to have experienced a 33% increase in game engagement in June, and the recently unveiled in-game tutorial has earned 566 new pilots their spaceship license.
Meanwhile, the open card library has been closed after the 6-weeks “build-up” period and reverted to the original gameplay where each player has 40 cards. Additional cards can be acquired by crafting them with earned resources or by purchasing them from the Cometh Marketplace.
Also, the game reward system has been tweaked with a vision to create healthy game economics that will benefit everyone. Presently, the resources gained per victory depend on the rarity of the Spaceship used in the game, but the values of the resources gained could be changed in the near future.
In addition, a rental system has been unveiled, providing owners, tenants and guild managers with flexible rental modalities.
Benefit of the Rental Offers
NFT Owners can generate passive in-game rewards by renting out their Spaceship NFT. The renting protocol requires no transaction cost, and owners can keep using their NFTs if the rental offer is yet to begin. A rental bundle can also be created using multiple NFTs.
Tenants require no collateral to rent an NFT, and once the NFT has been rented, it can be used immediately. The sub-renting feature of the rental system permits tenants to lend out NFTs to someone else.
Finally, Cometh Galaxy will be organizing a $15,000 USDC summer tournament, and the grand winner’s name will be eternally engraved in the Hall of Fame. More details about the tournament’s format, dates and prize allocation will be released soon.
