DeFi Kingdoms Kicks Off DFK Duel Season 5 on Serendale & Crystalvale
DFK Duel Season 5 kicked off on August 15th and will end on October 10th, giving DeFi Kingdoms players a new game mode to enjoy on Serendale and Crystalvale: Champion Mode.
The DeFi Kingdoms team has announced the start of DFK Duel Season 5, now live on Serendale and Crystalvale.
The new seasons started on August 15th and will end on October 10th at 11:59 PM EDT. For this 8-week season, the new feature being introduced is Champion Mode. This game mode features 3 different matches to battle in: Solo, Squad, and Warr. The goal of this mode is to become a Champion in one of these 3 available options. This is done by beating the current champion. In order to Challenge the champion, you need 500 XP and a 5-win. While Solo is a 1v1 Hero match, Squad consists of a team of 3 Heroes, while Warr lets you use a team of 9 Heroes. If you manage to dethrone the current Champion or championing team, then that opposing side won’t be able to try and take back their throne for 72 hours, while some amount of Duel feels will go to a bounty as a result of successfully dethroning the Champion.
As the Champion of one of the 3 match modes, you’ll be getting a share of the fees from Duels taking place in your mode, while a larger portion of claimable fees is awarded from winning a Challenge.
