Eight new training quests were released on Crystalvale a few days ago, as announced by DeFi Kingdoms’ developers during their weekly AMA session.
DeFi Kingdoms is a P2E game set in a medieval world, where players collect ‘heroes’ and earn the in-game currency, Jewel.
The game is designed in such a way that players can try it without having to pay anything. However, if a player wants to connect with the game's blockchain, they would need to pay a fee. Players can currently interact with the game in different ways, such as through single stake pools where they buy Jewel and stake it, or by purchasing heroes, the interactive NFTs. Each hero has different features that players can learn about.
To participate in the training quests, gamers need to purchase a hero NFT. There are four professional quests, each with unique rewards that can help participants level up their heroes. These include gardening, mining, fishing, and foraging.
How New Training Will Make Defi Kingdom Interesting for players?
Players will love the new training quests that give rewards for each attempt. There are eight quests in total, each with different objectives. While playing, they'll explore the docks, marketplace, gardens, jeweller, and the cradle.
The new training quests in DeFi Kingdoms will have great rewards for users who can complete them. For example, players will receive 15XP for every quest attempt, and if they are successful, they will also receive 25Gold and +30xp. In addition, they can earn other rewards and incentives depending on their success with the particular quest.
The hero stats determine the success rate for training quests. For example, a player who wishes to complete the tug of war quest at the Docks will need a certain strength level. The lower the strength stat, the lower the chance of success. Given that, a player with a strength level of 5 to 10 has a 15-20% chance of success. However, an advanced participant with a stat level of 46 to 50 has a 61%-68% chance of success. This concept is consistent for each different quest and stat level required.
