DeFi Kingdoms Releases Updates For January 2023
NFT-based game, DeFi Kingdoms releases updates featuring Power-Ups and an expansive Hero Hub overhaul.
DeFi Kingdom developers have finally unveiled two exciting features of their ecosystem namely Power-Ups and an expansive Hero Hub overhaul. The team has made many improvements around these new features. The update was released on the 27th of January, 2023.
DeFi Kingdoms Update: Key Improvements
Starting with the Power-Ups and Power-Up management, players will gain access to a framework that would enhance the game and help interact with multiple contact types to improve the game’s experience. Each Power-Up has a specific c/sJEWEL amount needed to activate its benefits. Some premium features also require some Power-Up allocations in order to access them. However, these Power-Ups do not consume the c/sJEWEL allocated, players only need to hold a specific amount of c/sJEWEL to keep the system working.
There are two major types of Power-Ups available for use. First, the Quick Study grants up to a 15% bonus to all experiences gained during the Profession and Training quest for each assigned Hero. The second Power-Up boosts the stamina discount per Hero level from 2 secs to 5 secs. The above-mentioned types of Power-Ups are examples of Type 3 Power-Ups. Type 3 Power-Ups are known to provide a variable number of charges based on the number of Heroes a player owns. Interestingly, each charge contains multiple Hero Slots
Hero Haul Overhaul has received several notable upgrades including the N New and improved design consistent with other screen's brand new filters, visual genes including the hairstyle, head appendages, back appendages, and colors for each and active and passive skills. Some other improvements include origin realm, pagination, sorting, filtering, and hero card page info always in view, general optimization, and performance overhaul
DeFi Kingdoms is currently working on a few other aspects like Level 10 Profession quests / Pet feeding and utility, PVP combat and integration, Gardens UI reworks, In-game Chat, Profile Achievements, Pet-feeding Power-Up, Green Egg Pet Art, Lore, and Code.
