DeRace Unveils In-game Mechanics for Horse Equipment NFTs
DeRace announces the introduction of horse equipment NFT in addition to the recently expanded gameplay.
Virtual NFT horse racing game, DeRace is set to introduce horse-wearable NFT items. The gaming platform has earlier expanded the gameplay creating an additional layer of engagement to the DeRace metaverse. Players must master the mechanics of the newly added equipment. These pieces of equipment give NFT horses additional advantages on the race track.
DeRace horse equipment is an in-game utility NFT that boosts immersive game mechanics. The new game setting is similar to real-life horse racing, where a combination of equipment enhances the horse's performance on the track. There are 10 pieces of DeRace NFT equipment: saddle, saddle pad, stirrups, bridle, horseshoes, protection boots, blinkers, earnet, lead, and blanket. Each of these assets has a specific effect on the NFT horse. These effects include speed, stamina, reaction time (focus), or breeding cool-down.
Details of DeRace NFT Horse Equipment
DeRace NFT horse equipment differs in type, tier, condition, and looks. The tiers of horse equipment are in this order: legendary, epic, rare, uncommon & common. There are three ways horse equipment can be gotten: through the Chest & Key system, by unlocking horse achievements, and by purchasing them on secondary NFT marketplaces. However, players must confirm the contact address before purchasing DeRace horse equipment NFT.
The NFT horse level will determine its ability to be equipped with a specific asset. Players can increase their levels by collecting XP points. To collect experience points, players must constantly race, win racing games, and complete daily/weekly/monthly missions. Invariably, the higher the horse’s level, the more items it can be equipped with. A player can freely choose their preferred horse wearables. Once a race begins, a player cannot change the equipment. Unlike every other horse equipment, the blanket is used to decrease breeding cooldown time for horses.
