Derby Stars Publishes Rental System Guide for New Players
A rental system guide for horses in Derby Stars is now available, giving new players info on how to rent a horse through the downloadable game client, as well as through the official web page. Players can rent one horse at a time for free, allowing anyone to enjoy the alpha version of the horse racing metaverse while sharing rewards in the process.
Through this system, newcomers don’t have to buy NFTs to play but can instead rent one through an official system through which any holder can lend their horse to others. This allows players to rent horse NFTs for free, giving anyone access to various game activities, meaning you can do training sessions as well as compete in PvP races. Of course, as is traditionally the case, you can’t trade, sell, or breed rented horses.
When renting a horse, you can choose whether you’d like to do it within the game client or through the web. You can only rent one horse at a time, with the overall energy count not being affected by activities done with a rented horse. The simplest way to rent is through the game itself, as once you download the game, you’ll have a rent window pop up, allowing you to easy jump into the game for free with a rented horse. You’ll see details such as rent period, the game modes you can use the horse in, and the reward distribution for the game’s two tokens, DSRUN and CRT.

Derby Stars officially launched in alpha on August 7th for Windows and Mac.
