Devikins Season 3 Is Launching at the End of July with Momentum Feature & New Changes
Season 3 of Devikins is set to start at the end of July together with a new update that brings with it the Momentum feature alongside new changes, such as a revamp of speed, in order to provide a better competitive experience.

Developer MoonLabs Studios has shared new details on Season 3 of Devikins, revealing that it will launch at the end of July alongside a new update introducing the Momentum feature and various new changes to provide a balanced competitive experience.
In the upcoming new season for the turn-based blockchain RPG, a new feature called Momentum will be added, while energy expenditure from Real-Time PvP will be removed. Momentum is a resource that players accumulate when not playing Real-Time PvP, but is one that is necessary to play such matches in order to earn points.
As for other new changes, Season 3 will include a revamp of speed/turn sequence calculation, as the team has noticed that the current speed calculations effectively erase the effects that speed penalties/bonuses are supposed to provide in turn sequence. By making this revamp, players will have the chance of doing double turns against slow weapons with the right combination of weapons, type of character, and agility bonuses.
The final change revealed to be coming with the new season at the end of this month is an experimental new reward scheme that is meant to provide more balance to player rewards than has so far been the case. Through this new system, the developers aim to “prevent an oversight in which players who are at the top of one division see greater rewards than someone at the bottom of a higher division.”
According to the official post, more specific details as well as the full patch notes will be revealed as the season draws near.
