Eldarune Gears Up for its Mainnet Release with New Games and Free NFTs
The Web3 medieval RPG will be released on the mainnet with new gameplay features. Players will get to mint an NFT character for free and enjoy an immersive gaming experience powered by AI.

What's coming up in Eldarune
Eldarune, an AI-powered gaming factory, is slated for its mainnet release in Q3, starting with its flagship RPG "Eldarune: World of Elymnias" and the basic card game "Heroes of Eldarune."
Per the latest update, Eldarune has rebranded itself to an innovative blockchain gaming factory powered by the $ELDA token. The new whitepaper will go through the brand's revamped structure, as well as its vision and mission, in the coming days.
"Eldarune: World of Elymnias" is an AI-driven medieval Web3 RPG where players travel 21 islands, fight in hundreds of dungeons, and defeat the strongest monsters with their clan or alone. New gameplay mechanics have been added to make the game more engaging. Centered around the lead character – Alec – Eldarune is set in a mystical world known as Elymnias, where players can join Alec on his adventure.
On the other hand, "Heroes of Eldarune (HoE)" is a browser-based card game that is compatible with all Eldarune assets. Each champion you have in the World of Elymnias can be used in HoE. To play both titles, you'll need an Alec NFT, which will be free to claim if you keep 750 $ELDA tokens in your wallet. ELDA holders will get to mint 500 PFP NFT Sorcerers. Token burns and the release of a new Elda Rune power are some of the upcoming events in the open world.
How to play Eldarune
The PC version of Eldarune is now available on the testnet and is playable by everyone via the Digard game launcher. While no NFTs are required to play the testnet build, an Alec NFT is needed to play the mainnet version. For more details, check out the official post.
