Everdome Announces First Mars Landing Event Will Start on September 28th
The first Mars Landing event will take place on September 28th and will be accessible for Everdome Genesis NFT holders and landowners on Windows PCs, followed by a Mac release soon after the launch of the new metaverse.
Everdome, a space metaverse made in Unreal Engine 5, has announced the first Mars Landing event will take place on September 28th, giving certain players access to the new Martian metaverse world.
Everdome Mars Landing Event Details
The Mars Landing event marks the start of a new metaverse for Everdome players to experience in third-person view. Of course, as the name implies, this lets players step foot on the Red Planet for the very first time, and is an achievement that the announcement states is a “huge milestone” culminating the end of “the first part of our journey” while marking the “start of a much bigger one.”
The event begins on the Everdome Cycler, where players will head to the cabins on the Everdome Phoenix rockets, detaching from an interplanetary vessel and diving to Mars.
When landing, you’ll be welcomed by a flight crew and an AI-powered “Tree of Life” called Jianmu. The experience will have you get a first look at the Jezero Spaceport, described as the “terminus for our Evernaut explorers.” After that you’ll head onto the Mars Magnetic rail, which you’ll use to go from the Jezero Spaceport into Everdome City. As you travel, you’ll be able to enjoy some “panoramic Mars vistas” before getting greeted by the Tree of Life upon entrance to the city, an AI brain in control of safety protocols, life support systems, and more. Explore the city as you socialize and celebrate with other players the new metaverse.
How to Access the First Mars Landing Event
The first Mars Landing event is available to all Everdome Genesis NFT holders and landowners only. If you meet this requirement, you can enjoy exploring the new metaverse on Windows PCs, with a Mac version set to be introduced not too long after launch.
The team teases that the release event will be followed up with “some exciting product news” that are focused on “driving metaverse engagement beyond a web3 audience,” so it’ll be interesting to see what the future holds for this blockchain title.
