Fora Launches Their First FPS Beta
This initial beta test will be limited, but FORA's long-term plans include multiple game modes, weekly deathmatch tournaments with cash and NFT prizes, leaderboards, one-of-a-kind 1/1 skins, equipment, and much more! FORA also intends to include opportunities to play and earn with their game passes.
Play and Earn with FORA Game Passes
The team intended to create Forgotten Worlds, a large-scale MMO, first.. However, they determined that their MMO vision was too large for the current playerbase, so they switched to a first-person / third-person shooter game!
The Genesis Game Passes will be minted on February 23rd, according to FORA. Holders of these passes will receive additional game rewards and earnings. There will be four options: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Genesis edition will have 15,000 passes available, but only 5,000 will be available during the initial sale. The whitelist will cost 0.045 ETH, and the public will cost 0.075 ETH.
Of the first 5,000 passes, 100 will be Platinum, 350 will be Gold, 850 will be Silver, and the rest will be Bronze. Passholders will be able to obtain game skins later. Bronze pass holders will receive two Exosuit skins, while Silver pass holders will receive three Exosuit skins. Meanwhile, Gold passes will receive four Exosuit skins as well as two weapon skins, while Plantinum passes will receive six Exosuit skins as well as three weapon skins! These skins will be available for purchase on the market.

For some reason, FORA does not have a website. Or, for that matter, any type of documentation. All you need is a Twitter account and a Discord server. This is understandable given that they only recently decided to make FORA in late 2022. However, if they want to be taken seriously and gain traction in the web3 space, they must work on developing a stronger web presence.
The team intends to launch quickly once the base game has been coded and tested. Following that, they will work on adding new features, maps, and game modes. In the meantime, you can participate in their beta test and provide feedback on their project!
