Forest Knight Introduces New Game Mode, Sanctum of Mysteries, and More in Latest Patch
Forest Knight patch 0.5.7.15 introduces a new game mode called Sanctum of Mysteries while adding a new boss system, new Battlepass, new Mythic Skins, and general improvements to the free-to-play turn-based strategy title.

Forest Knight developer Chrono Games has released a new patch to the free-to-play turn-based strategy game, introducing a new game mode called Sanctum of Mysteries, alongside a new boss system, new Battlepass, new Mythic Skins, and general improvements.
What is Sanctum of Mysteries?
Sanctum of Mysteries is a new game mode introduced in patch 0.5.7.15, in which Forest Knight go through limitless stages to collect “Spirit Coins,” a unique currency that can be used in the Oblivion Market to buy various items.
The mode features randomly-generated maps, obstacles, and enemies to fight your way through. Players start off with a roster of heroes at level 1 without any equipment. After every new round, you are presented with 3 different enhancements of which you can choose one. Enhancements vary from allowing you to equip your heroes with the items you own to boosting their attacks points.
This new game mode can be found in the town map at the new building located near the arena and formation areas. You can play the mode for free 3 times a day, with more attempts possible to unlock through Sanctum keys which are available in the exchange shop. According to the announcement, every “entry guarantees a reward from the rewards section.”
New Boss System & Battlepass
The new boss system overhauls the existing world boss by making it so that players face two bosses instead, with the first boss being a melee-focused foe that throws dark flame attacks at you while using a clone skill to duplicate itself, while the second boss is focused on ranged attacks, using the Shield of Arcanist skill to protect itself while sending Crystal Obstacles to hamper navigation and drain mana from those within range. Boss maps now come with random obstacles, while the possibility of double bosses is no longer present.
The new Battlepass lets players progress through tiers in an effort to earn exclusive weapons and more, adding new challenges to make the huge patch even more exciting.
New Mythic Skins

The developers have introduced two new Mythic Skins to the game, one for Mage and another for Elf heroes, as can be seen in the above and below images, allowing you customize your heroes with a “stunning new appearance.”
