What you need to know about the Fractal Christmas Mega Party

It's that time of the year again, and Fractal is throwing a Christmas Mega Party to celebrate Santa and its 1 year birthday. Starting now until December 31st, 2 pm (PT), everyone can join the fun by competing in 4 casual game tournaments hosted on the NFT gaming platform.

Each tournament will feature its own leaderboard with a $2,500 prize pool each. Out of this, $1,500 will be allocated to the leaderboard's top 10, while another $1,000 will be given to Fractal NFT holders joining the Metagame.

Players can compete in all games and play as much as they want until the end of the Christmas Mega Party. For each tournament, the $1,500 prize pool will be given out to the top 10 players as below:

  • 1st place: $450
  • 2nd place: $350
  • 3rd place: $250
  • 4th place: $200
  • 5th place: $150
  • 6 to 10th place: $20 each

As for Fractal NFT holders' $1,000 prize pool, 10 lucky holders will be selected to receive $10 each. Note that players can win from multiple tournaments. So the more they play, the more they can win.

Before you go, here's a list of the four participating games

  1. BattleTabs: In this bite-sized multiplayer strategy game, players will queue for battles and destroy enemy ships to avoid getting wiped out. Participants will be ranked by the Points they received on BattleTab's Fractal leaderboard.
  2. Kyoudai Sol-Man: Inspired by the classic Pac-Man game, Sol-Man is a multiplayer ARPG where players only have one goal - to eat up all the green dots before the monsters catch up. Here, players are ranked by their Best Score on Kyoudai's Fractal leaderboard.
  3. Pixel Guild: In this free-to-play, action-based platformer, players will attempt the Xmas special level "The Haunted Hotel" and collect as many coins as possible. Everyone will be ranked by the total coins they accumulated on Pixel Guild's Fractal leaderboard.
  4. Pocket Space: For this idle arcade, players will gather resources and bring them back to their rockets to level up. Participants are ranked by Scores - calculated based on rocket level and time spent to upgrade - on Pocket Space's Fractal leaderboard.
