Genopets Introduces Expedite & Re-roll to Crafting
Expedite and Re-roll are new Crafting features that Genopets players can use on Mainframe, with the former addition giving you the ability to lower crafting times, while the latter gives you the option to roll again for a chance at getting a better item, with both features requiring GENE or sGENE tokens.
The Genopets team has officially introduced two new features to the Crafting system on Mainframe: Expedite and Re-roll. These additions grant players greater control over their Crafting endeavors, elevating their ability to shape and refine items within the game.
Expedite empowers players to decrease the Crafting time of their items by specific intervals. Whether you need your item Crafted 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, or even 24 hours faster, Expedite puts the control in your hands. By utilizing GENE or sGENE, players can expedite the completion of their Crafted items with just a few clicks.
The amount of GENE (or sGENE) required for expedited Crafting is directly proportional to the reduction in Crafting time desired by the player. The game provides a comprehensive breakdown of the current Expedite requirements, enabling players to make informed decisions.
Crafting high-level items, such as Augments, has always involved an element of luck. While players knew the type of Augment they were Crafting, they had no control over its Style or Rarity. That's where the Re-roll feature comes into play.
Re-roll empowers players to reject a Crafted item and attempt to create something new. While their Crafted item is pending, players can click on the "Re-roll" button and use GENE or sGENE to initiate the Re-roll process. Each Crafted item allows a maximum of three Re-rolls, with each subsequent attempt requiring slightly more GENE or sGENE than the previous one.
It's important to note that Re-rolls are independent of the initial outcome. While it is possible to re-roll the same result, the chances of Crafting something different are significantly higher.
