Genopets Shares Development Progress in Status Report #020
Status Report #020 features all the important details on development progress made by the Genopets team over the past month, showing off a sneak peek of Stage 7 Head Augments and more.
The Genopets team is back with Status Report #020, where they share the development progress made in the past month for the Solana-based move-to-earn game.
Through this latest report, where nothing shown is final unless otherwise stated, the developers revealed that the Nurture mini-games called Feed and Fetch are now in the last stage of testing. In fact, they recently tweeted that the builds containing these mini-games have actually been submitted to Google and Apple for review, so it may not be long before we get to try out these new features on Android and iOS devices.
Nurture mini-games involve the usage of Food and Toys, items that you can collect every day as Banking Rewards when you Bank over 1000 steps. Together with Petting, the two upcoming mini-games all together form a “trifecta of affection so you can show your Genopet how much you care.” The difference between Petting and these two mini-games is that you’ll need to use Energy in order to play Feed and Fetch. Feed will affect your pet’s Nutrition Score, while Fetch will alter the pet’s Joy Score. As is the case with Petting, playing these two upcoming mini-games will also contribute to maximizing your Energy conversion before deciding to bank your steps.
Next to giving info on the future Nurture mini-games accompanied by short clips, the team has also given a sneak peek of Stage 7 Head Augments, including 3D models for Stage 7 Heads. You can check out the sneak peeks, along with the mini-games, in the official blog post here.
