Grand Prix Season 8 To Kick Off September 11
The leaderboard has been trimmed from top 200 to top 100 and will start on September 11.
Season 8 is starting very soon
X-Metaverse has announced its new season 8 will start September 11 as the current season will end September 10 by 2 AM UTC.
The new season will feature a new PvP arena where battle commanders enjoy a new gaming experience.
There will also be an adjustment to the PvP reward system. The leaderboard will be increased from the top 200 to the top 100. This approach will boost players' morale since the goal is to improve the 'give and take rewards of the game.
This change will also increase the amount of XMETA tokens and Star Guard gems, increase competitiveness and allow players to explore more opportunities and enjoy the fun of the game.
The season will start from September 11, 2 AM UTC, to October 10, 2 AM UTC. This season's pool prize comprises 1,000,000 XMETA fixed prizes plus 50% of the total in-game XMETA token consumption. The XMETA consumption distribution comprises 50% PvP reward, 30% DAO, and 20% of token burn.
The fixed prize will be divided into fixed rewards, while the XMETA consumption prize pool will be divided by the in-game consumption. This pool prize is exclusively for the PvP and will be shared with the top 100 leaderboards. Players will be ranked according to their scores, determining the rank they can fight. By hierarchy, ranks include Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
After the season and the leaderboard have been announced, winners will get their XMETA rewards within two days. The rewards remain valid after the season has ended. Players can claim rewards through the same process as energy cores, PvE dropped black boxes, etc. The Time-Stage Benefit Rule applies to reward withdrawal.
