Heroes of Mavia soon to release Alliance feature
Mavia Land owners will soon be able to form Alliances, with each Alliance able to have a total of 50 Mavia Land NFTs.
Skrice Studios, the Vietnam-based game development company working on Heroes of Mavia, has recently announced that it is soon ready to release a new feature: Alliances.
The tweet states that the Alliance mechanic is set to be ready for launch in “a few short weeks” on the game’s website. Those who own Mavia Land will be granted the ability to make Alliances with other players, with each Alliance able to contain a maximum of 50 Mavia Land NFTs.
Heroes of Mavia is described by the developers as “the first AAA blockchain base builder game” and is supported by top-tier partners such as Animoca Brands, BITKRAFT, Binance Labs, Crypto.com and more. The game has you construct your own base fortified with traps, walls and turrets in an effort to defend yourself from opposing players raiding you for your hard-earned resources such as Gold, Oil and the game’s earnable cryptoccurency, RUBY. Form your own army from more than 12 different infantry, vehicle and air units, strategically using them to attack enemy bases.
Successful raids on bases reward you with RUBY, as well as Gold and Oil. Some of the other ways the in-game cryptocurrency can also be earned include managing to beat various challenges, successfully stopping an attack on your own base and more. RUBY can be used to upgrade your HQ, which is the main building in your base, as well as Hero and Statues NFTs. Statues provide various buffs to your base and army, while Heroes are special units that can provide a much needed boost to your defense and attacks, as each Hero has a certain ability you can use to tactically change the course of a battle.
There are 3 different types of land: common, rare and legendary, with each type having different kind of scenery, map location and “obstacle luck”, a system that affects the rarity of an item received when clearing various obstacles such as trees and bushes.
Heroes of Mavia is set to undergo alpha testing in Q2 this year, with a public beta slated for a Q3 2022 release, after which the title is expected to globally launch in Q4 this same year.
