Illuvium: Beyond is Set to Launch Illuvitar Wave 2 Sale
The 2nd wave will commence on August 15th, giving players another chance to acquire rare Illuvitars and build their collection.

Illuvium: Beyond, an NFT collectible card game by the Illuvium franchise, will hold its second NFT sale on August 15th.
With 25 new characters to collect, Wave 2 provides players with another opportunity to obtain rare Illuvitars, climb the leaderboard, and unlock exclusive rewards. The second wave, like the first, will be divided into two phases: Alpha Sale and Extended Run Sale.
The difference this time is that the Alpha Sale only lasts for 24 hours. Alpha D1SKs, or NFT packs that contain the first version of Illuvitars, will be up for grabs from August 15th, 22:00 UTC. Players can buy an Alpha Standard D1SK at 0.00601 ETH and an Alpha Mega D1SK at 0.05401 ETH. Each Standard D1sk has one Illuvitar, three accessories, and one Tier 0 Illuvitar. A Mega D1sk contains the same items but swaps out T0 for a rare Illuvitar.
Following the Alpha Sale, the Extended Run Sale will commence immediately on August 16th, 22:00 UTC, and last until November 15th, 22:00 UTC. The Extended Run will include Standard D1SKs priced at 0.00301 ETH and Mega D1SKs priced at 0.01801 ETH.
With billions of possible combinations, players can bond their Illuvitars with one or more accessories, creating a unique customized avatar. Rare-looking characters will have a higher power rating, which helps in boosting a collector's ranking. Players can also complete over 100 collections in the game, split into categories based on the Illuvial Line, accessories, backdrop, Class, Set, and Affinity. The higher the power rating, the more album points they'll get. The leaderboard tracks the top 100 players with the highest points, rewarding the best collectors with exclusive prizes.
Nonetheless, the much-anticipated drop will take place on IlluviDex. Before Wave 2 begins, interested buyers should connect their IMX wallets to the platform and deposit enough funds into their L2 wallets. More details can be found here.
