Illuvium Releases Report of Latest Updates
Illuvium has shared the latest update on the progress for the Arena, Overworld, IlluviDex, and other aspects. The goal of the report is to keep members updated on the team's activities and programs.
Illuvium has shared progress and updates on its features. The team has been working tirelessly on several projects connected to the game. Still, it will reduce them to allow the community to keep up with a steady output of information.
What has Illuvium been up to?
For the Illuvium Arena, the first phase is the Private Beta 2 (PB2), which is taking longer than expected because several systems must be in place to support the features.
Nonetheless, human codes will soon be a thing of the past, and AI balancer will drive the phase to ensure a truly decentralized DAO. The Combat Engine is almost close to v1.0; the survival mode rules, Shard UI, and instanced data for real NFTs have been completed; the Red Panda community is halfway completed with a better Server/Client paradigm.
The Illuvium Overworld has faced delays because resources were shifted to the Arena. However, Harvestable Plants, Drone Pathfinding, Ranger movement, and other features have been upgraded. Other environmental additions include Crystal Shores, Shardbluff Labyrinth, Brightland Steppes, Taiga Boreals, etc.
Illuvium Zero is not left out as the complex Game design, Arts, and Ideation for Suits and Drone Blueprints continue to improve. In addition, the IlluviDex has received upgrades, including bug fixes and transfers to other wallets. The major infrastructure for Illuvitars sales is complete. Some low-level changes will be made, and there will be albums and Collections with leaderboards. The Cinematic is a long-term project, and the team will release more features after the launch of Open Beta.
Meanwhile, Illuvium will continue to mature since the game’s infrastructure is more extensive than other games. There will still be issues, but the game will continue to upgrade itself. The team will continue working through tech debt, general planning, and documentation to ensure that estimates are correct. The rough order for the release is PB2 (Arena), Illuvitars, PB2 (Overworld), Illuvium: Zero Alpha, and Game Loader.
