Japanese NFT Game PolkaFantasy Launches Native NFT Marketplace aimée
In a bid to create a full-scale ACG blockchain ecosystem, PolkaFantasy has launched its native NFT marketplace - aimée.
What to expect from PolkaFantasy's NFT marketplace aimée
The world’s first Japanese ACG-dedicated blockchain ecosystem, PolkaFantasy has rolled out its own NFT marketplace called aimée. Given that, aimée targets to be the go-to platform for all anime NFT fans and collectors across the globe.
In a bid to populate aimée with top digital artwork in the space, the NFT marketplace is now allowing users to import PolkaFantasy NFTs to the platform. Not only that, but NFT owners can also import collections minted on other websites to aimée. At the moment, users are only allowed to bring in NFTs for secondary sales.
To import a new collection, users will need to connect their Web3 wallet with aimée. Then click on “View Your Profile”, select “Collections” and hit the “Import Collection” button.
After that, a pop-up will ask for the Collection Type (ERC-1155/ ERC-721), Collection Network (Ethereum/ Polygon/ BSC), and the Contract Address. All users need to do is key in the info and confirm the transactions. According to PolkaFantasy, it will take around 10 to 15 minutes for new NFT collections to appear on the website.
What is PolkaFantasy?
To begin with, PolkaFantasy is an ACG-dedicated blockchain ecosystem. The ambitious project aims to have its own NFT marketplace, NFT wallet, and multiverse games. With the recent launch of aimée, the team is looking to create an NFT marketplace featuring top Japanese artists and creators in the space.
What's more, the project will also release its own Japanese RPG-style game titled PolkaFantasy: The Chain of Realms. Using various NFT characters and weapons, players will fight and earn through PvP turn-based card battles in the game. Just last week, the team dropped some sneak peeks of the game, showing what the UI and battle arena will look like. To those who are looking forward to it, the game's Alpha version is set to arrive on June 7th.
