Koakuma Announces New Round of CBT2 Tournament
In partnership with Seedify, the new round of the CBT2 Tournament starts on January 7th at 8 AM UTC and only requires Koakuma players to create a new character and level it up to 10, all after the start of the competition.
After hosting the CBT2 tournament back in November last year, the Koakuma team has now announced a new round of the competition that will start on Saturday, January 7th at 8 AM UTC and end on Sunday, January 15th, at 8 AM UTC.
In partnership with incubator and launchpad Seedify, this new round is being introduced due to many new players joining the game’s community. As a result, instead of requiring everyone to be level 20 and own either an Access Pass or a Uniq from the NFT collection titled “Summon of The Highlord”, players now won’t need to own an NFT to participate. The only requirement to enter this tournament will be to create a new character and level it up to 10. It’s important to make a new character for this, as using an old one to take part is not allowed. The character has to be created after the start of the tournament.
The tournament mode features 36 levels for players to progress through in top-down action RPG gameplay. A prize pool is yet to be determined at the time of writing, while the ranking rules are stated as follows: “Challenged Levels > Time Spent > Submit Time”.
