The gamified store can be accessed straight from the browser, spawning in a lobby from which you can head into multiple different areas: Cream Skin Club House, Laneige Lab, Lip Love Land, Water Bank Wonderland, Sleeping Mask Slumberland, and On Set With Sydney.
Global Chief Marketing Officer of Revlon, Martine Williamson, said the following in a press release:

We are truly operating as an omnichannel business to evolve our customer experience and engage a whole new generation of shoppers about our products and legacy through digital storytelling.”
As customers explore this metaverse shopping experience, they get to enjoy a range of different interactive content, such as exclusive videos from Laneige and American actress Sydney Sweeney. There’s also a scavenger hunt game which involves finding hidden game pieces scattered throughout various different areas that you can collect in order to unlock 2 free product samples. Other games and quizzes can also be found as you learn more about the company’s products.
The store is made in partnership with Obsess, an e-commerce brand that helps brands create interactive virtual stores such as this one.
Neha Singh, the Founder and CEO of Obsess, added:
“We are honored to work with Elizabeth Arden to bring the brand’s cult products and inspiring heritage to life through an immersive virtual shopping experience for the first time.
