League of Kingdoms NFT Marketplace is now live
The marketplace has launched in beta and features a trading competition that ends on July 15.
Developer NPLUS Entertainment has launched an NFT marketplace for its blockchain MMORTS, League of Kingdoms.
As it’s a beta release, the marketplace only allows players to trade Drago NFTs. Other NFTs related to the game, such as Drago Eggs, will be buyable and sellable on the new marketplace sometime in the future.
The beta launch also comes with a trading competition. Players have till July 15 to get the highest trading volume on the marketplace, with the top 10 highest volume traders to be announced at that specified date. As of writing, the rewards for this competition seem to be unknown.
Speaking of rewards, today marks the game’s 2nd anniversary, and with that comes a week-long event starting from today, July 3, and ending on July 9, allowing players to collect “Confetti” in order to get a 2-year anniversary in-game skin. With the skin equipped, players gain +10% more resources from monsters, but also a +10% item drop rate from slaying those same enemies. There’s also a special roulette players can spin to gain various rewards.
League of Kingdoms is a strategy MMO available on Android and iOS devices via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store respectively, but also on PC through the game’s website. It’s backed by investors and partners such as a16z crypto, Binance Labs, The Sandbox, Yield Guild Games and more. On July 4, the team plans to launch Drago gameplay content, allowing holders of these NFTs to earn the utility token $DST (Dragon Soul Stone) and more.
