Life Beyond's Agility Trials Update: Experience with New Features
Life Beyond's latest update, Agility Trials, introduces a new simulation that challenges players with a series of obstacle courses, testing their speed and movement precision. The update also brings improvements to the terminal user experience and several minor changes and bug fixes.

The Agility Trials, a new simulation activated within the Simulations Terminal, takes the gaming experience to the next level. Players are required to run through a series of challenging obstacle courses, balancing speed and movement precision. The trials are not just a simple race to the finish; players will encounter collapsing platforms, moving lasers, and temporary ability restrictions that will test their skills and focus.

Exclusive Access for Founders
Founders, or Founder Key Holders, will get the first shot at running the gauntlet when it goes live on Tuesday, 27th June. All other players will gain access on Monday, 10th July. The developers encourage players to practice their movement in Solo Combat Trials in the meantime. The scoring in Agility Trials is not just about speed, but also the efficiency of movement, meaning that wasting abilities or nearly falling will impact the final score.
The update brings several quality-of-life changes to the terminals within the Hub. These include increased readability of buttons within terminals, increased responsiveness of UI, especially buttons, and a changed loading screen to represent the activity being loaded. The process of getting into simulations has also been streamlined, enhancing the overall user experience.
Additional Patch Notes: Minor Changes and Bug Fixes
The update also includes minor changes such as system messages in the chat being changed to a distinct color for visibility, automatic sprint after a dash by default, and updated player spawning effect. The active reload has been made more responsive, and key and gamepad icons have been updated for better resolution and look.
