Genesis holders can finally view their MOBLAND NFT Avatars
MOBLAND, a mafia metaverse formerly known as Syn City, has finally kicked off its Genesis Blueprint Avatar reveal. Initially scheduled in March, the team had to delay it because of the crypto winter. Now that the project is back on track, players can expect more exciting updates from the game in the coming weeks.
According to the team, Genesis Blueprints are essentially playable, upgradeable NFT avatars in the upcoming Mafia Metaverse on BNB Chain. There are 8,000 of them in total, each having its own personality, attributes, rarity, and Power Score.
Starting November 1st, players can view their Blueprints using the browser-based Avatar Viewer Application. Interestingly, the reveal involves a cinematic animation in which NFT mobsters will come off with a swagger based on their personalities.
Notably, only 250 Blueprints will be unveiled every day. Players can check out which Avatars were revealed on this Medium post.
What can you do with a Genesis Blueprint?
Genesis Blueprints have several utilities in the world of MOBLAND. They are playable NFT avatars, which will serve as your much-needed crew to build and expand your empire in the Mafiaverse.
To list, Genesis Blueprints can be used to engage in combats, guard your digital WEED farms, generate SEED tokens, and so much more. These NFT avatars can be borrowed or lent out by spending SEED and upgraded or restored using BUD.
While each of them has its own rarity level, Power Score is the major factor that determines the in-game power of these avatars. For instance, a Common Blueprint with a 7,140 Power Score can always overthrow an Epic Blueprint with a 1,980 Power Score.
At launch, MOBLAND will be a free-to-play, play-and-earn Mafia NFT title based on BNB. The game will feature a MAFIA-as-a-DAO (MaaD) system, allowing players to grind in daily events, PvE, PvP, and Syndicate events such as cross-chain tournaments.
