Mini Royale: Nations Season 5 – Pirate Booty is scheduled to start on Thursday, June 29, introducing new Heroes, quests, a new Battle Pass, creator map tools, and more.
Faraway has announced that Season 5 of Mini Royale: Nations is slated to begin on Thursday, June 29, introducing new quests, Heroes, and more.
Titled Pirate Booty, this fifth season of the blockchain FPS is also set to include the Faraway Shop, a UGC portal, creator map tools, and more. This all falls in line with what the studio has been working on throughout this year, as back in May, the developers introduced support for user-created Mini Royale skins, while a Map Creator Program kicked off in early March.
Details on what the new quests, Heroes, and Battle Pass are like do not seem to be available at the time of writing, but based on the name of the season as well from the cinematic footage in the video down below, it is all very much going to be pirate-themed, with some volcanic lava action also erupting into the mix.
The tease of introducing creator map tools to this upcoming season is also very much in line with Faraway’s recent partnership with Hiber3D at the end of May. This partnership will make it possible for players to construct their own maps using the latter’s 3D worldbuilding tools that require no coding knowledge to successfully use them.
