MixMob Goes Free to Play Ahead of Neo-Mania Tournament
MixMob: Racer 1 is now accessible via Gmail, and players can practice for free in preparation for an open tourney on August 3rd.

Fractal x MixMob to create a seamless onboarding process for mainstream players
Card strategy racing game MixMob is looking to create an on-ramp for Web2 players by integrating with Fractal Wallet. The game now has a free-to-play mode, allowing users to engage in PvP matches without SUD$ or a crypto wallet.
Anyone with a Gmail account can use the Fractal login option to access MixMob: Racer 1. New users only need to follow the instructions and enter their Gmail credentials before setting up their Fractal wallet and username. Once done, they can start racing in Free Play, which doesn't require any SUD$ or Masks to participate.

The free PvP mode was soft-launched last week with a 2-day tournament at PlayGG. Since then, the game has reportedly witnessed a considerable spike in DAUs, laying the groundwork for the Neo-Mania Tournament on August 3rd. The event will be free to play and open to the public, with the top 50 players earning SUD$ tokens, as well as the chance to win a Mask and USDC.
What is MixMob?
MixMob is a metaverse split into two phases, with the first phase being a card battle game where players compete, trade, and remix for NFTs and other rewards. The second phase is an MMO battle royale game where the player's mask and avatar go to a 3D world.
Set in a universe where a mysterious AI deletes the world's culture and enslaves humans with an army of bots, MixMob promises an immersive gaming experience where players are part of a creative resistance group on a quest to fight back and reclaim humanity.
