Mojo Melee Launches on Amazon Prime Gaming
The partnership offers monthly drops of in-game items alongside digital collectibles, new champions, and skins.
Details of the launch
Mystic Moose, a premium game studio, has just partnered with Amazon Prime Gaming to launch Mojo Melee, a new web3 game. The new game equals a fresh start to the web3 deck building and auto chess brand. It has also been made accessible to Prime members as a constituent of a promotion lasting six months.
The new web3 game offers members of Prime-exclusive monthly drops of in-game items such as Spellstones and currency packs. Digital collectibles including novel champions and skins have also been added to the list of in-game items. These digital collectibles also known as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) can be utilized in future Planet Mojo games or exchanged on open marketplaces.
Furthermore, this exclusive partnership grants Prime users access to the soon-to-be-released “Mod-able” Mojos. These Mojos are 3D digital collectibles that can be customized by players to create a distinct in-game and on-chain appearance. Additionally, Mojos are mystical plant-based creatures from Planet Mojo. Each of them belongs to a different subclass ranging from Moss to Leaf to Flower and Vine.
About Mojo Melee
The new Web3 game is a brainchild of a seasoned team of game developers with experience from renowned firms such as LucasArts, Electronic Arts, and Activision. Mojo Melee was created to introduce a fresh perspective to the autochess genre. This was achieved by adding easy-to-understand components that require experience and insight to master.
However, unlike standard autochess games where both teams are made up of the same units, Mojo Melee raises the bar and is inspired by deck-building games. Players can experiment with their choice of teams thereby influencing the battles outcome. In addition, Mojo Melee has been made available for play in desktop browsers.
