Music Mogul Releases In-Game SneakPeek, Prepares To Release Game
In preparation for the upcoming game release, Music Mogul has unveiled gameplay details and screenshots.
WAX-based music business management simulation game, Music Mogul has leaked some game details and screenshots from the in-game sessions. This game is the second game currently being developed by Tryanno Studios (formerly known as Wax Studios). Tyranno Studios is the parent studio of Blockchain Brawlers and Axis Zero.
Music Mogul features a complex, music-themed, stake-and-earn system with weekly leaderboards. The game involves the usage of artists, studio crew, and Equipment NFTs by players to record songs and go on tour. During this process, players can earn Cred, a currency needed to acquire studio gear and crew needed for higher-quality singles.
In-Game Events of Music Mogul
Tours are in-game events where artists are sent out to earn Cred. Depending on the tour, players need specific rarities or genres or ultimately an initial payment. Players cannot back out of a tour before the stipulated time. The use of high-quality studios and equipment will help increase the chances of the produced songs on the leaderboard.
Every week will be dedicated to a specific genre for the leaderboard, of which song submission is restricted to a particular genre. Winners of this challenge earn C-Notes which are used to purchase more Artists for their label. It is pertinent to note that the prize pool is shared among the winner with top players earning higher than the rest. However, the income decreases when more players join the leaderboard.
The game interface features a Label tab where players can check their current status alongside all their artists, crew, and equipment. Players must carefully choose their combination in order to produce unique song tracks. The leaderboard will reshuffle from time to time depending on the song quality of new releases.
