My Neighbor Alice's Next Land Sale is Coming in August: Here's the scoop
You want it, you got it. Starting from the 1st of August, everyone can bid on new NFT lands in My Neighbor Alice. In fact, you might even walk away with a free land plot. Let's check out how!
Details on My Neighbor Alice's upcoming land sale
Ever since My Neighbor Alice kicked off its Alpha Season 1, many have been looking forward to the next land sale. That's because owning an NFT plot will grant players early access to the game. After much anticipation, the team finally confirmed that the next land sale will last for 15 days, starting from August 1st.
This time around, a total of 1,000 NFT lands from the Tourney Wolds region are up for grabs. Out of these, 975 plots will be auctioned off over 5 different waves throughout the sale. At the end of each wave, the team will give away 5 land plots for free via lucky draws.

How does the auction work
According to My Neighbor Alice, the land sale will take place in its brand new NFT marketplace. To look for lands on auction, you will need to go to the “Primary Sales” page.
Once a bid is placed, the countdown will start and the auction will last for 24 hours. But if someone places a bid in the last 30 minutes, the auction will extend for another 30 minutes. Given that, buyers must make sure they have enough ALICE tokens to bid and BNB tokens to pay for the gas.
If you want to check your bids, click “Bids” on the top right-hand corner of the page as shown below. There will be a pop-up showing all of the lands that you are bidding on.
With all things considered, the upcoming land sale is a great opportunity for those who want to join the world of My Neighbor Alice. In fact, the team is extending Alpha Season 1 to August 31st. So all new landlords can play the game!
