Nakamoto Games Set to Release Beta Version of Flagship FPS Strike Force
The beta version of Strike Force is scheduled to launch this March 24th, giving the Nakamoto Games community a new multiplayer Web3 FPS to enjoy on the play-to-earn platform.
Nakamoto Games revealed earlier this week that the beta version of Strike Force, a flagship multiplayer FPS on their play-to-earn platform, is scheduled to launch today, March 24th.
While the official announcement stated that this early version of the blockchain title is supposed to come out this Friday at 10 AM UTC, the game does not seem to yet be available at the time of writing.
Whenever it does come out however, players will be able to enjoy action-packed gameplay in 5-minute fast-paced rounds featuring up to 16 players battling it out across a variety of different maps using a various different weapons. Initially there will be a free-to-play version that lets you get used to the game by practicing in the training grounds, followed by the play-to-earn release where players can compete for rewards.
Next to fighting other players, the Web3 shooter will also feature AI to play against, as well as 4 different game modes to enjoy: Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Team Eliminations and Defuse.
In the announcement, the developers have stated that players can “expect a host of Strike Force tournaments, campaigns, and challenges over the year.”
This Web3 shooter will both be playable via web browsers but also as a downloadable title for Windows and macOS devices. Once this beta is out, the 1.0 version is planned to come out 3 weeks later.
The list of playable characters and more details can be found in the official blog post linked in the tweet down below.
Last week, Nakamoto Games launched the second Arcade Emporium NFT.
