Neopets Metaverse Launches Council
Council leaders will represent their OG fans and participate in forums and council meetings.
Committed Members Can Become Council Leaders
Neopets has launched its Council - an advisory committee comprised of OG Neopets community members. This Council was formed due to the need to prioritize recommendations from members.
The metaverse is currently recruiting committed Neopets aficionados to represent members at the Council.
In a blog post, Neopets metaverse said,
"The Neopets community remains one of the most loyal and ardent fan bases within the gaming ecosystem. We at Neopets Metaverse acknowledge that our actions have not always been completely in sync with the needs and desires of the broader Neopets.com community and apologise for the harm this may have caused. As we move forward, we are excited to introduce new initiatives to ensure we consistently put the voices of our community, and the OG Neopets community, at the forefront."
Privileges Of Council Leaders
The Council will use an open forum for members to give feedback and other concerns directly to the Metaverse team. They can send concerns on the game development, gameplay, and their ongoing efforts for the community. As council leaders, players will join monthly committee meetings, communicating the concerns of the OG community. They will also voice your opinions and collate feedback fr the major community.
There will be open house forums for showcasing projects and initiatives by the team. In addition, the team and the Council will be able to have conversations in the first half. In the second, there will be a panel where the team will respond to questions. The litepaper for the metaverse will also be released shortly. This will showcase updates such as 3D visual reveals, perks, website updates, etc.
