What to expect from the NBM Shadow Depths beta
NFT Battle Miners, a 3D metaverse in the WAX ecosystem, has released Shadow Depths for beta testing, a new chapter in the NBM lore.
The beta season of Shadow Depths has already begun and will run until July 21st, 6 pm UTC. Players can now explore the Arcadian caves to collect valuable resources and materials while evading dangerous monsters along the way.
According to the team, this open beta will be a mini-tournament with over 10,000 WAXPs up for grabs. Depending on their Clone Levels, players will also receive NBM prizes such as survival packs and card pieces. The following prizes will be awarded:
- 1st place – 2,000 WAX.
- 2nd place – 1,000 WAX.
- 3rd place – 500 WAX.
- 4 – 13th places – 300 WAX.
- 14 – 30th places – 200 WAX.
- Everyone above 30th level: Survival pack.
- 20 – 30th level: Active card war pack.
- 10 – 19th level: Card piece.
It should be noted that Shadow Depths is free to play. However, it is always good to have some NBM Mining ops running and some decent NBM NFTs. These NFTs might come in handy as players explore the depths of Arcadia.
The beta also includes some minor changes based on the feedback from Training Season. Players can now allocate mined consumables from NFT mining with reduced max durability for printed items, increased max durability for NFTs with higher levels or rarities, reduced recovery quest amount, and adjusted abnormal quest rewards. Repairing items will also cost tokens, depending on the amount of damage and tokens needed for item craft. To learn more, check out the official post.
