The Whitepaper includes the gameplay, Echoes characters, tokenomics and a Roadmap of the upcoming game.
Pixion Games, the brain behind the upcoming blockchain-based RPG game Fableborne has released the Whitepaper of the game.
Fableborne is an avalanche-based game, and the release date is expected to be Q1 2023. It will be the first game of Pixon Games, and its official trailer will be out soon, by September 8, 2022.
In a tweet, Fableborne said,
In Fableborne, players build bases on islands to create strategies to defend the islands. There are no player-to-player fights in real time. Instead, they are linked through competitions. The gameplay is based on the fictional world of Shatterlands, which is made up of small suspended islands full of beauty yet dangerous.
Four factions rule this world, including the United Tribes of Khalkalann, Kingdom of Arandraxis, Commonwealth of Industrea, and subjects of Malanwe.
Playables characters are called Echoes, and players can use them to control Raids. Players must select the appropriate Echoes that will help them win battles to earn rewards. They must explore the world and choose NPC islands to raid and defeat the bosses before they can earn rewards. Echoes can be upgraded to open Talents such as Hitpoints, Movement speed, attack speed etc.
Pixion League, $FAB, and Roadmap
The game also hosts an in-game tournament, Pixion League, where players can compete and win rewards. The utility token of Fableborne is $FAB, which is essential for upgrading NFTs like the Echoes, Islands and Items.
Pixion Games will launch the Pre-Alpha and Alpha modes of the games in Q3 2022, while the Echoes will be available in Q4 2022.
