Planet Sandbox Christmas Tournament is here!
The tournament is in celebration of the festive season, and players can earn from the $75k prize pool.
Details of the Tournament
Planet Sandbox has launched a Christmas tournament in honour of Christmas and New Year, and winners will share from a reward pool of $75k. In this tournament, Gear Up & Earn, players must compete against each other to complete missions. The prize is divided into three parts: Daily login, where players earn for logging in and claiming rewards; Mission System, where players earn from completing missions; and Top Socks Collectors, where players make from collecting Christmas Socks from battles.
The tournament started at 7 am on December 23 and will run for 15 days, until 7 am, on January 6, 2023. Players are not required to own NFTs t participate. When they complete missions in these three parts, they will earn massive rewards worth 2500 $PSB on average, including $PSB, boosters, NFTs, and fragments. The pool is only for 1000 players.
How to Earn Rewards from the Tournament
Players can enter the event by clicking on the ‘Event’ button on the top corner of the game. They must Claim the rewards every day, or it will be counted as a late claim the next day. Those that miss the reward and want to claim them back can do so with a small amount of $PSB. Players will also get extra items, such as boosters and fragments, increasing their chances of winning battles.
The tournament has four main missions, each having four milestones: to finish the Survival match, eliminate other players, use boosters, and win matches. Players that finish the match have a chance of getting Christmas Socks from Santa Scorpion, and those with higher ranks will claim higher rewards. The overall winner will get 3800 $PSB, while the second and third will get 1800 $PSB and 1000 $PSB, respectively.
