R-Planet Shares Details on Hero’s Gear NFTs
R-Planet developers have shared details on Hero's Gear NFTs, revealing that they'll mostly come in 3 different rarities and will be used to strengthen various hero stats by equipping the items into 7 different slots.
The developers of the free-to-play real-time military strategy NFT game, R-Planet, have recently shared details on upcoming Hero’s Gear NFTs.
So far, players have been able to upgrade the stats of their heroes using upgrading points gained by leveling up. Players will now soon have another way to strengthen their heroes, and that is with the new gear NFTs.
Each hero will come with 7 slots used for equipping gear: for the head, for the right hand, left hand, body, legs, for transport, and for a device. Next to equipping gear through these slots, there will be also one-time boosters for heroes that won’t require placing in those slots as they’ll be used up instantly instead. An example of such a consumable would be a First Aid Kit, which brings your hero’s health back to 100%.
There will be a variety of different gear for players to equip their heroes with to the relevant slots. These assets will include the Ray Gun, Ion Blaster, Bionic Boots, Monowheel, and more. Each item has differing effects on your hero, altering 3 different hero stats, which include force, speed, and health recovery. If it doesn’t affect your hero, then the gear could affect the stats of the army they’re attached to, improving unit attack, unit defense, and/or unit speed.
Hero Gear will mostly have 3 different rarities, with the level of rarity affecting the impact the gear has on the hero that has the item equipped.
