Revoland introduces the Room Mode
The Room Mode allows players to create their own lobbies to play matches with others, with room organizers being able to set up custom requirements for joining the room and more.
Chain X Game has announced the release of Room Mode last week for Revoland, a blockchain MOBA on the BNB Chain.
This new mode lets players create rooms to play in together with other random players or friends. Those who don’t want to bother with filling up their own room can look at the list of rooms made by others, and either click on one to join, or press the “Quick Join” button to be automatically placed in a random room. Rooms can be filtered based on requirements such as hero level, hero rarity and player rank. It’s also possible to input a specific room ID, which is useful when searching for a friend’s room.
When creating a room, the room host gets to choose one of the game’s 6 different game modes they want to play. After that, they can set various different custom rules for the room, including which hero rarity is allowed, what’s the minimum hero level needed to be allowed in the room as well as the maximum level allowed. Room organizers can also set the lowest and highest eligible player ranks for their room. There are also two different matchmaking modes: Random Match and Free Mode. In Random Match, players are randomly placed into two teams, while in Free Mode it’s possible for players to pick which team they would like to play in.
The developers have also stated that they are switching from play-to-earn to “skill-to-earn” meaning that the losing team now has to pay the winning side $LAND tokens.

The game is currently available in beta on mobile devices on the App Store, Huawei AppGallery and Google Play Store, with the Android version also downloadable directly from the official Revoland website.
