Revomon 2.4.0 Game Update is now out
The new update for the VR and mobile metaverse RPG marks the end of the Halloween event and the opening of the Arktos Village.
The Revomon team has announced that the 2.4.0 game update for their VR and mobile metaverse RPG is now officially live.
The changelog shows that the beta update marks the end of the Halloween event, meaning that players can no longer catch Murdoll, a Phantom/Spirit type of Rare and Shiny rarity. With the winter period however approaching, this means that the Arktos Village is now officially open. The Arktos Island can be reached from Drassius Town and will be accessible from December 1st to March 1st.
In order to better optimize the blockchain title and provide a stable experience, the developers have updated the underlying technology used in making the collectible game. This means that the game now uses the latest stable version of the Unity game engine, but also the newest stable version of the Oculus SDK, VOIP SDK and networking SDK.
The game has also been submitted to AppLab and the team is now waiting to receive a response from them. As for the iOS version, the developers have stated that they unfortunately will not be ready to have it published by the end of this year.
In the update post, the team has also provided some info on future developments, saying that when it comes to the roadmap, they are “reworking the final milestones in terms of growth opportunities 1 month left before closing the year.” Their focus for the end of this year is on the DAO, the Revomon Novus and the launch of their own marketplace.
