Ronin Name Service (RNS) to Revolutionize User Experience with Public Sale Launch
The public sale of RNS will have three names, each have peculiarities and attached fees.

In a significant development for the Ronin ecosystem, the Ronin Name Service (RNS) is set to make its public debut on November 15th at 10 am ICT. This eagerly awaited service aims to streamline the user experience within the Ronin ecosystem. This is by replacing intricate blockchain addresses with easily recognizable .ron domain names.
RNS will become a fundamental element of a user's identity across various Ronin games. This is as against a conventional naming protocol. RNS presents an opportunity to personalize their digital presence. It will also foster a strong sense of identity among the 11 million existing Ronin addresses.
Categories of Names
The public sale will encompass three categories of names. They include the Regular Names, Protected Names, and High-Value Names. A special auction for select High-Value Names in thematic categories will add an exciting dynamic to the sale. The auction will also add to the Ronin Treasury to support the ecosystem's growth.
Regular Names will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. And it will feature an annual maintenance fee but no reservation fee. High-Value Names will undergo an auction process to discourage speculative hoarding. These Names can be identified by their significance in Web3 gaming or high demand on other chains,
A Reservation Fee, equivalent to 15% of the domain price, will be applied to these names to ensure fair and transparent access. Protected Names is for trademark branches, partners, and key community members. This Names will not be tradable. This, preserving these names as reliable identifiers for their associated entities.
The RNS model takes inspiration from the Ethereum Name Service (ENS). And is made to tackle challenges such as speculative name hoarding. It will also maintain a steadfast focus on user utility and accessibility.
Ronin blockchain momentum stems from achievements like the growth of Pixels and the migration of ZOIDS. And the launch of the RNS public sale stands as a pivotal milestone in Ronin's journey. This initiative extends beyond simplifying addresses. Instead, it is a concerted effort to build a more cohesive and identifiable gaming community on the blockchain
